How it works

- We send a code to the email address published on your public profile — not to an address you type in here. That is what makes it proof of ownership rather than a form anyone could fill in.

No email on your public profile?
That is the normal case — most creators do not publish one. Add an email to your bio on the platform, then use the “I have added it” button above. We re-read your public profile on the spot and continue.
Editing your own bio is itself part of the proof: only the account holder can do it. The emailed code then proves the mailbox. Neither step alone would be enough.
What is on your profile
Two kinds of information, deliberately kept apart:
- Observed facts — handle, platform, follower count, posting activity. Collected from public sources.
- AI inferences — what your content is about and who your audience appears to be. Each one carries a confidence score, how fresh it is, and the excerpts it was derived from. These are inferences, and they can be wrong.
Right now we have inferred an audience for 29,893 of 85,539 creators (34.9%). For 16,141 we analysed the content and could not tell — those are marked undetermined rather than guessed.
Is AI actually reading it?
Two different things, and we report them separately because they mean different things:

We will not tell you that "AI buyers are searching for you" on the strength of index crawling. If that day comes, the user-triggered number is where you will see it.
What claiming gets you
- Correct what we got wrong. Corrections are published as first-party and shown alongside our inference, not instead of it — where you disagree with us, AI sees both.
- Add first-party context we have no way to observe — languages you publish in, how you prefer brands to approach you, whether you take paid work at all.
- Declare your accounts on other platforms. This is the only first-party identity evidence we have; our own guesses resolve only a small fraction of creators.
- Request removal. If you would rather not be listed, we take the profile down.
What claiming does NOT get you
It does not move you up in any ranking, and it never will. Ranking on Koinon orders candidates for retrieval; it is not a judgement about who is better, and it is not for sale. A ranking that can be bought is worth nothing to the AI systems reading it — which would make this whole thing pointless for you too.
It also does not make our inferences more true. Verifying that you own an account proves exactly that, and nothing more.
So far 2 creators have verified ownership. That number is small because we only started; we are showing it rather than hiding it.
