These terms cover use of the koinonlink.com website, its public data interfaces and the Koinon Skill.

What you may do with the data

Aggregate statistics published on this site are licensed CC BY 4.0: use them, including commercially, with attribution to “Koinon Link” and a link to the source page. Because figures are recomputed continuously, include the data date when you cite them.

Creator entities describe real people. If you use them, you take on the same obligations we do: do not present AI-inferred attributes as verified fact, do not use them to make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects about a person, and honour removal requests you receive.

The public interfaces

The search API and MCP endpoint require no key and no account. They are offered as-is, with no uptime commitment and no support obligation. We may change response shapes; where a change is breaking we will try to signal it in the response before removing the old behaviour.

Please do not use the interfaces in a way that degrades them for others.

What we do not claim

• We do not claim the index is complete, and we do not rank ourselves against other creator databases. Coverage is stated openly wherever it matters.
• We do not claim that ranking order reflects which creator is better for your campaign. Ranking is a retrieval heuristic and it cannot be bought.
• We do not screen creators for brand safety, age-restricted content or eligibility in regulated categories. That judgement is yours.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties, and we are not liable for losses arising from decisions you make using it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
